CrownPointe Communities is a privately held corporation based in Yorktown, Indiana. Our primary mission is to create quality of life scenarios for our nation’s seniors using a “Continuum of Care” approach that encompasses affordable housing, condominiums, assisted living and a variety of ancillary services.
Some of these services within these various care options include: (1) adult day care; (2) respite care; (3) dementia and Alzheimer’s care; and (4) various other services designed to improve or enhance the lifestyles of those with special needs associated with aging.
