As part of its “Continuum of Care” concept, CrownPointe Communities has developed a number of condominium communities for those 55 years of age and older. These communities are located in Muncie, Yorktown, Hartford City, Portland, Union City and Anderson, Indiana.

To date, CrownPointe Communities has built nearly 300 luxury condominiums in these communities with more scheduled to be built in the months ahead. The new condominiums being built are of brick construction and include maintenance free exteriors. They also include two bedrooms, two full baths, a sun room, living room, dining area and kitchens with stainless steel appliances. A variety of upscale floor surfaces are used throughout each condominium including plush carpet and ceramic tile.
